For the past 8 years, she has focused on building partnerships with businesses to help them recruit reliable, capable staff with developmental disabilities. Her team helps businesses navigate the inclusive hiring process and match them with carefully shortlisted candidates that they can hire with confidence and ease.

Tina Dam, MentorAbility Team Member | Inclusion BC
Tina Dam is a member of the MentorAbility team at Inclusion BC. Tina has been working in the not-for-profit sector, particularly with persons with disabilities for the past 15 years. Before entering the non-profit sector, she worked in advertising, sales, corporate training, and customer service. These vastly different professional experiences help Tina navigate the corporate world to connect with mentors while allowing her to create connections and understanding with mentees.
