Richmond Chamber of Commerce members and guests are invited to celebrate the Year of the Horse with a premium, decadent banquet dinner, featuring a bi-lingual (English/Mandarin) presentation, networking with VIPs, exciting prizes, red pocket giveaways, raffle draws, live lion dance performance, and much more!
