Nobi Nobi is greatly inspired by the Obanzai cooking methodology.

Obanzai is originated from Kyoto and is combined with small dishes that are all prepared with seasonal ingredients within Kyoto. Nobi Nobi prepares dishes with local ingredients, bringing authentic Japanese origins to the modern setting of Vancouver.
