The idea of Go2Girl started in 2012, by La Toya. 

At that time, La Toya was a 25 year old, single mother of three children. 

La Toya was referred to others as the "go to girl", the person you’d go to, to get tasks done. From there, her business began to grow, and in 2017, La Toya became known as the Go2Girl.
