Established in 2004, Empire Seafood Restaurant was originally located at 200-7997 Westminster highway in Richmond. The success of the original restaurant brought another 7000 sq ft Empire Chinese Cuisine in 2006. In 2012, the Empire Seafood Restaurant was relocated to a new, lavishly decorated location where 300+ guests can enjoy the extravagant dishes that Empire is known for.
