Our progressive approach to creating delicious hand rolls comes from a desire to elevate, create, and inspire modern takes on traditional Japanese cuisine. We carefully selected a modest menu that focuses on using only the best Neta (ingredients) from in and around Vancouver supplemented by select imported products. We are proud partners with Ocean Wise, who certifies the sourcing and quality of our Ora King Salmon, Toro, Scallops, and Shrimp. We bring that love for details to each of our delicious offerings.
