Chef Eric Ho Red Seal pastry chef Eric Ho, founder and previous owner of Bakery Sate on The Drive. Locally trained at Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. Driven by his passion for baking, made a drastic career change after a 13 year career in engineering. Has called Richmond home since 1988, graduated from UBC in Pharmacology, also holds a MBA.
