At Nature’s Path, our story began on Rupert Stephens’ organic berry farm on Vancouver Island, where his pioneering values of caring for soil health were planted early on. Inspired by Rupert’s wisdom to “always leave the soil better than you found it,” our co-founders, Arran and Ratana Stephens, started Nature’s Path in 1985 with the vision to be a trusted name for quality organic foods in every home, which continues to guide us today.
Based in Richmond, BC, we've been part of the local community as employer, contributor, and influencer since 1986, and are proud to be an independent and family-owned company, and North America’s largest producer of certified organic and non-GMO breakfast and snack foods. Our product lineup includes well-loved brands like Nature’s Path breakfast foods, Que Pasa tortilla chips, Love Crunch granolas, EnviroKidz cereals, Anita’s Organic Mill baking products, and Love Child Organics baby foods.
But our mission doesn’t stop at crafting wholesome, tasty food. Nature’s Path is regularly named one of Canada's top employers, with approximately 800 team members across Canada and the United States. By supporting farmers who practice organic and regenerative organic agriculture, we ensure that our ingredients are grown with respect for soil and ecological health. We are also dedicated to giving back by supporting schools, hospitals, community organic gardens, endangered animals, and other charities, and give more than $2 million in food every year to food banks across North America. As a triple bottom line company, we prioritize people, planet, and profit—in that order.
