The Richmond Division of Family Practice (RDFP) is a professional organization dedicated to supporting nearly 300 family physicians in Richmond, British Columbia. Its mission focuses on enhancing patient care by addressing practice-specific challenges, developing the Richmond Primary Care Network, recruiting healthcare professionals, improving long-term care, and promoting physician wellness and work-life balance.
