The company’s state-of-the-art facilities in Ferndale, Washington and Lafayette, Louisiana are Quality Assurance ISO 9001 certified utilizing LEAN manufacturing and are both strategically located near major shipping ports. Samson's plants are also equipped with certified testing equipment to assess the characteristics of raw materials and finished goods before being sent to customers.

Samson continues to expand its global sales and service capabilities in Asia and Europe. In 2011, Samson opened its new sales and technical office in Singapore to provide immediate support to customers in the marine, oil & gas and shipping industries across Southeast Asia.
