Chanel Donovan brings nearly 20 years of senior management experience in finance, operations, and HR — advising businesses through growth, restructuring, and strategic transformation across multiple industries, both locally and internationally.

👉 CFD works alongside its affiliated CPA firms, Solidstone CPA Inc., also founded by Chanel Donovan, which provides corporate and personal tax, accounting, compliance, and financial reporting services. Solidstone complements CFD’s advisory work by supporting clients with execution and regulatory requirements, while CFD remains focused on strategy, operations, and business transformation. This structure allows clients to benefit from both strategic advisory and technical accounting support under a coordinated approach, while maintaining a clear distinction between advisory and public practice services.
