The public is invited to the exhibition opening of Cannery REcollections: Redefining Storytelling through Objects on Saturday, May 10, 2025, 12:30 to 2:30pm (Free admission from 12:30 - 2:30pm). The Gulf of Georgia Cannery Society is proud to present Cannery REcollections—an exhibition revealing how objects serve as touchstones for storytelling and connect us to people, places, and moments that shaped Canada’s West Coast fishing industry. This exhibit will also feature artefacts from the Cannery’s collection that have not been seen in over a decade! On view May 10, 2025 to Spring 2027.
