If you're looking for a way to enjoy an evening jog while also expanding your professional network, 5 at 5 is the perfect group for you. Our mission is to bring together like-minded individuals who are passionate about running and networking, providing a supportive community that encourages and motivates each other to achieve their goals.

The name 5 at 5 represents our signature run, a 5-kilometre run, beginning at 5:00 pm, giving you a chance to decompress after a busy day at work while also getting in some exercise. Running or walking at an easy, conversational pace, you’ll have the opportunity to chat with fellow Chamber members. The run will end with casual networking at a local business, providing a platform for you to connect and engage with other members of the chamber in a relaxed and informal setting.

Runners and walkers of all levels are welcome, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner! Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to improve your fitness and build your professional network.

Please use street parking on the east side (northbound lane) of Railway Avenue.

Attendees will meet in the parking lot of O’Hare’s GastroPub before 5 pm. Once everyone gathers, we’ll cross Railway Avenue and run on the Greenway into Steveston and back followed by social time at the pub.
