Members of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, April 29th. We hope you will join us for key updates on the Chamber as well as the election of our Board of Directors, followed by an invigorating business networking reception.

Enjoy refreshment stations from fantastic local businesses, be amazed by a magician, and, if the weather cooperates, take in the beautiful views from the balcony. It’s an evening of connection, celebration, and a little bit of magic, you won’t want to miss it!

Annual General Meeting 

The Board of Directors of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce will be elected during this portion of our Annual General Meeting, Audited financials will also be presented for approval by the Members of the Richmond Chamber, as well as a motion to approve our Auditors for the coming year.

Member Registration & Welcome: 4:30pm - 5:00pm
Annual General Meeting & Board Election: 5:00pm - 5:30pm
Networking Reception: 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Parking information: Please ignore the QR Codes posted on the exteriors of the building and enter through the parking lot entrance. Parking is free within the lot.

Note that parking spots are limited to within Nook's parking lot and do not include street parking outside of the lot (managed by the City).
