Richmond Chamber member Oval Pharmacy is pleased to offer a free-of-charge, on-site vaccination clinic for local Richmond businesses. To keep your team healthy and minimize workplace disruption this season, their certified pharmacy team will come directly to your workplace to administer seasonal influenza and COVID-19 vaccines by appointment.

The vaccine program will commence in mid-October. At this stage, you are filling out an Expression of Interest (EOI) form to let us know that you'd like to participate in this program.

EOI Submission Deadline: 

Thursday, August 13, 2026, by 12:00 PM (Noon).

Cost: 

Complimentary for participating businesses and employees.

Logistics: 

On-site service brought directly to your workplace - saving your staff travel time. The logistics will be handled directly by the Oval Pharmacy.

Eligibility & Timing: 

Open to all Richmond Chamber of Commerce members and local Richmond businesses. A minimum of 30 participants is required to proceed with an on-site vaccination clinic, so please ensure you can meet this requirement before submitting your Expression of Interest form.

On-site scheduling will be coordinated following the EOI deadline.
