Most small businesses - whether you run crews in the field or serve clients from an office - lose money in places that never show up on the books: hours spent re-typing information between systems, quotes and follow-ups that slip through the cracks, and processes that live entirely in one person's head.
In this practical session, you'll learn a simple self-audit you can run on your own business: how to spot the most common operational leaks, put a rough dollar figure on each one, and decide which are actually worth fixing.
We'll cover where technology, including AI, genuinely helps, where it doesn't, and the practical questions to ask before investing in any new tool. Plus, for those whose work involves confidential client information (advisors, brokers, legal and accounting professionals) we'll talk about how to use AI safely, without your clients' details ever leaving your office.
You'll leave with a short checklist and a two-minute calculation you can apply to your own numbers the same day. Whether you're looking to streamline operations, reduce unnecessary costs, or make more informed technology decisions, this session will provide practical insights you can apply to your own business.
