This session’s theme is Managing your Team: Labour, Recruitment & Retention. We’ll discuss the realities of managing a team in today’s competitive labour market and how the chamber is advocating on your behalf. From hiring challenges to keeping great people, we want to hear what’s working and what’s not for your business.
Ahead of the event, consider:
- What has your biggest labour challenge been this year?
- Are there specific regulations or processes that are making it harder to manage your team?
This is a supportive environment where attendees will be given an update from the Richmond Chamber team and have the opportunity to share their own questions, challenges, insights and opportunities. These sessions will not be recorded to allow for a fulsome conversation. We encourage guests to use their cameras as they connect with each other and the Chamber team.
