The Women's Leadership Committee of the Richmond Chamber of Commerce invites members to our monthly luncheon series, where we come together to foster connections, share ideas, and empower one another.

About the Event:

At our monthly luncheons, we believe in the power of collaboration and dialogue. Each month, we'll delve into a different thought-provoking discussion topic, creating a platform for women from various backgrounds and industries to exchange insights and experiences.

Despite some progress, the trends of last year indicate a regression rather than progress toward gender parity. This month, we'll be exploring discussion around Addressing the Barriers to Success as identified by the Canadian Chamber's Barely Breaking Ground Report. Join us as we indulge in a delicious meal at O’Hare’s GastroPub while connecting with like-minded individuals and gaining fresh perspectives.
