Bio: Jason has been with YVR since 2000 working previously in Air Service Development for 13 years as well as stints in Corporate Finance and Innovation. He provides subject matter leadership within the organization and community for the air cargo supply chain with the role focused on the key pillars of market intelligence, business development, strategy, partnerships, and innovation.
Rebecca Pang
Regional Vice President, Business Financial Services at RBC Royal Bank
Bio: Rebecca Pang is the Regional Vice President, Business Financial Services in RBC British Columbia, where she leads more than 200 advisors across BC to deliver exceptional client service and advice to business owners. Previously, as Vice President, Treasury Solutions, she led a team of specialists across Canada to deliver best-in-class cash management, payments and liquidity solutions to business owners. Prior to that, she was the Vice President, Commercial Financial Services at RBC, where she led a team of front-line commercial account managers to support the growth of Canadian businesses.
Andy McCaughren
Senior Business Development Manager, Trade Finance at RBC Royal Bank
Bio: Andy has over 20 years’ experience in structuring Trade Finance and working capital facilities for a wide range of industries.
He has worked with clients from start-up level to international corporates in both his native London (UK) for HSBC and RBC in Canada, where he currently works with businesses in BC and the Prairies advising on international trade strategy, risk mitigation, and cash flow optimization.

Bio: Inyeob is a seasoned professional with nearly 20 years of experience in commercial banking and international trade finance. Currently serving as a Senior Relationship Manager at Export Development Canada (EDC) in Vancouver, BC, Inyeob leverages her extensive background in international trade finance to assist Canadian exporters. She excels in navigating complex trade finance needs and leveraging opportunities in global markets. Her expertise in risk mitigation and diversifying export strategies has proven invaluable to her clients.
Tracey Pham
Export Advisor at Export Navigator
Bio: Tracey has over a decade of experience in international business. She has worked in Southeast Asia, West Africa and has lived and worked in B.C. since 2014. Given her work in sectors such as consumer products, financial services, and agri-foods, she is well-versed in helping a wide range of businesses export. Tracey has helped businesses find success by entering key global markets in Asia Pacific, Europe, and the Middle East.

Bio: Gagan’s a Client Partner at BDC in Advisory Services who’s spent the last 25 years helping businesses grow, adapt, and operate more efficiently. With experience across banking, private equity, and international markets, Gagan now works with Canadian companies looking to grow both within Canada and in international markets. He and his team offer guidance on everything from operational efficiency and financial management to marketing strategies and sourcing new suppliers.
